Fullerton Manor Inn© reserves the right to add to, alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules as and when it deems necessary. This is a non-exhaustive list of general policies upheld by Fullerton Manor Inn©. Should you require any clarification on terms not stated here, please contact us directly.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICIES
Unless otherwise stated in the specific rate plan terms & conditions, our check-in time is after 0300 PM and check-out time is 1100 AM. Guests are required to show a government-issued photo identification card and a credit card with the identification card's name upon check-in. Fullerton Manor Inn© reserves the right to check photo identification. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.​
AGE REQUIREMENT​
To reserve a room at Fullerton Manor Inn©, there must be at least one adult present in the Room who is 18 years of age or older.
EARLY ARRIVALS
For early arrival before 0300 PM, it is recommended to pre-book the room one day in advance with a full day charge. Fullerton Manor Inn© may accommodate early check-ins ONLY if the reasons are external, subject to room availability.
LATE CHECK-OUT
Late check-out may be accommodated for an additional fee: CAD$20 per hour after 1200 PM, subject to room availability.
EXPRESS CHECK-OUT​
Express Check-out service is upon request for free: all you need is to leave your room keys at the front-desk express check-out basket, and our staff will do the rest for you.
INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT​
An incidental deposit of CAD$100 is required on arrival. For deposit using a credit card, pre-authorization by Fullerton Manor Inn© is needed. IF you do not feel comfortable using your credit card, you may pay the deposit in cash. Your deposit cash will be refunded on check-out in full, subject to an inspection of the property.
CHILDREN
Fullerton Manor Inn© allows a child up to 6 years of age to stay for free. Children above six years old are required to pay an extra CAD$10 per person. Children above the age of 12 are required to pay an extra CAD$20 per person. No extra beds are available. Baby cribs are complimentary upon request and subject to availability.
EXTRA BEDDING
No extra beds are available in any rooms at Fullerton Manor Inn©.
ROOM OCCUPANCY
The total number of occupants in a room, including children, shall not exceed the maximum number of occupants permitted for the respective room types:​​ ​ Premium Jacuzzi Suite .................... up to 3 persons Family Room ....................................... up to 6 persons Vintage Suite ...................................... up to 3 persons King Suite ............................................ up to 3 persons Standard Room................................. up to 4 persons​. If you have any questions or clarifications regarding Fullerton Manor Inn© Maximum Occupancy Policy, our staff will be more than happy to explain in detail. Please also note that Fullerton Manor Inn© reserves the right to refuse entry to any additional guest exceeding the maximum occupancy allowed for that room type.
PAYMENT
Fullerton Manor Inn© accepts all major credit cards, as well as cash or Interac payments.
CREDIT CARD PRE-AUTHORISATION
To guarantee a reservation at Fullerton Manor Inn©, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. If a credit card is not available, your reservation will only be held for a minimum period (24 hours ONLY). Suppose you are using your credit card to guarantee your room reservation. In that case, the Fullerton Manor Inn© may hold an amount (pre-authorized your full stay fee) on your credit card one day ahead of your arrival. For non-refundable bookings, prepayment will be charged to your card immediately when you make the reservation. Suppose a guest's room is paid by another party's credit card that will NOT be attending our Hotel. In that case, a pre-authorization form must be filled out by the credit card holder allowing Fullerton Manor Inn© to use the credit card for the specified charges. A reservation agent will contact you via e-mail or phone about the form to be filled out at your request.
TAXES
HST: 13% Municipal Accommodation Tax: CAD$2 per night per Room
DAMAGE TO HOTEL PROPERTY
Fullerton Manor Inn© reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling caused by an accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to our property or structure.
LUGGAGE STORAGE
Guests are encouraged to keep their valuables with them. Guests may request at the Front Desk for a secure storage service for their luggage(s). Fullerton Manor Inn© shall not be liable for the loss of money or other personal valuables during your stay.
PARKING
Free parking spaces are open to our guests only. Staying guests are limited to 2 complimentary parking permits daily.
BREAKFAST
From May to October, FREE breakfast is open to our guests from 0730 AM to 1000 AM. From November to April, FREE breakfast is open to our guests from 0800 AM to 1000 AM. Please DO NOT bring food to your room(s).
SWIMMING POOL​
Open hours are from 0300 PM to 1100 PM (May to October). From November to April, the open hours are from 0400 PM to 0900 PM. Children under the age of 10 years old who are non-swimmers MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is at least 12 years of age and responsible for their direct supervision. The ratio of non-swimmers to parent or guardian may be a maximum of 4 bathers to one parent or guardian (4:1). PETS
Fullerton Manor Inn©, unfortunately, does not accept pets. Service animals are permitted. ​
PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items are not permitted at Fullerton Manor Inn© premises: Animals of any kind, except guide dogs Flammable, explosive or otherwise hazardous materials Objects emitting a foul odour Unregistered firearms or other weapons Objects of an unusually large size or in unusually large quantities Illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the laws of CANADA Fullerton Manor Inn© reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest found to be in possession of prohibited items. Guests shall be solely liable and responsible for all loss financial or otherwise, and damage that may be caused by such items.
VISITORS
For security purposes, all visitors are required to register at the Front Desk and are requested to leave guestrooms by 1100 PM​
EXCESSIVE NOISE AND PARTIES
To ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, the Hotel upholds a strict zero-tolerance policy towards commotion, excessive noise and parties. Any person found to be on our premises creating excessive noise, having a party, exceeding the numbers of permitted guests or otherwise causing a disturbance after 1100 PM will be requested to leave Fullerton Manor Inn© without refund.
INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR
Should any action by a guest, may it be towards our staff or otherwise, be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to attention, Fullerton Manor Inn© reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest which may result in, but not limited to, being asked to leave without a refund for any services incurred.
SMOKING
Fullerton Manor Inn© is a non-smoking property. We strongly advise our guests that smoking should occur at least 9 metres away from our property building. There will be CAD 500 cleaning services fee charged to any non-smoking room that has been smoked in to restore it to its original condition.​
THIRD-PARTY BOOKING SOURCES
In the case of cancellation or modifications to reservations made through sources other than directly with Fullerton Manor Inn© or our official website (fullertonmanorinn.com), we recommend that guests first contact their source of booking for assistance before approaching our staff. This is a non-exhaustive list of general policies upheld by York Hotel Singapore. Should you require any clarification on terms not stated here, please contact us directly. Free cancellation until 7 days before your arrival date or within 2 hours when you made the reservation by a third-party booking source. There will be a full first-night penalty including taxes/fees if you cancel within the 7 days before your arrival date.​
DIRECT BOOKING
Guaranteed reservations at Fullerton Manor Inn© must be cancelled by 0700 PM, 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid cancellation penalties. OR within 3 hours when you made the reservation on our official website or by calling us directly to avoid cancellation penalties. If you wish to cancel your reservation within the cancel policy, a full first-night penalty including taxes/fees will be applied to your credit card. Group and Conference reservations are subject to the cancellation and deposit policies outlined at the time of booking and are vary from standard hotel policies.
