Could we request early check-in and late check-out?Absolutely, however, the early check-in and late check-out service are based on our availability. If we do have availability there will be extra charges for this service. Please contact us for more details.

Is there a microwave in the room?Unfortunately, we do not equip a microwave in the room due to safety reasons. However, we have a microwave, ice machine and toaster in our public area. Our front desk agent will inform you the location of the microwave room.

Do you have a hot tub?Unfortunately, we do not have a hot tub in the public area or next to the swimming pool area. However, if you would like to use our hot tub you are welcome to book our jacuzzi/honeymoon suite to enjoy our best hot tub with jets of course :)

How many rooms do you have? And what types of rooms do you offer?We have 32 rooms in total. We offer our guest five types of room which is the King room, Queen/vintage room, family room and jacuzzi/honeymoon suite. The King room is equipped with one king-size bed; the Queen room is equipped with one queen-size bed; the standard room is equipped with two queen-size beds; the family room is equipped with three queen-size beds; jacuzzi/honeymoon suite equipped with one king-size bed.

What is the opening hour for the swimming pool?Our swimming pool will open from 9 am to 10 pm during weekdays. During the weekends, the swimming pool will open from 8:30 am to 10:30 pm.

Is your hotel pet friendly?Unfortunately, we do not accept pets. Only serviced animals are allowed. We will need to check the paperwork when you check in with your serviced animal.

Do you offer a monthly rate?Yes, we do. Please contact us directly regarding the monthly rate.

Do you offer special group rate? How many rooms are required in order to receive a special rate?Yes, we do offer a special rate to the groups. Please contact us directly for more details. For a special group rate, you will need to book at least five rooms in order to get the group rate.

What is the minimum age for check-in?According to our policy, the minimum age to check in at our hotel is 18 years old. Please note on the day of your 18th birthday is not able to check in as well.

Is your property smoking-free?Yes, our property is smoking-free. If you smoke inside your room, there will be a $500 penalty.

What happens if you lost your room key?No worries, we have backup keys for you to open the room door. However, if you cannot find the room key back you will receive a penalty as well. You may reach out to our front desk regarding the exact number for the lost room key.

What is your swimming pool temperature?Our swimming pool is controlled by an operating computer. The swimming pool temperature is set at 25 C or 77 F which is the standard from Niagara Region Health. The computer will automatically maintain the water temperature at 25 C or 77 F.

What is your security deposit policy?Yes, we do require a security deposit in order to check you in. For our standard room, we will hold $100. If the amount exceeds $300 we will need to hold at least 50% of your total stay amount. Please note you may either do cash or credit card. However, if you do cash we will do a room inspection when you check out. It will take about 10 minutes.

What do you need when you check in?We require a piece of I.D. issued by the government with a photo of the guest, and a credit card under the reservation name. If you would like to pay by using a credit card, the name on the card must match the I.D..
